Pre Purchase Inspections
Before you buy a house, find out the condition of its swimming pool
When you purchase a house, you usually undertake a building inspection, but more often than not, buyers don’t even think about the swimming pool.
Swimming pools can look clean and inviting but depending on the age of the pool or the level of care its been given; there could be an underlying issue. Faulty pools needing work or repair can be costly, and to avoid those costs, we recommend a pre-purchase pool inspection.
Our multi-point pool inspections provide you with a full leak test and a comprehensive report on any faults or leaks found. A summary of the pool’s condition and state evaluates the existing condition, including details of all the equipment and surrounds of the swimming pool. Our inspection will also identify any items that may need repairing to make the pool operational, safe, and reasonable to maintain.
